Perry County Family Practice will be hosting a flu and COVID vaccine clinic for established patients on the following days:
October 5: 3-5:30pm
October 12: 3-5:30pm
October 14: 2-4pm
October 26: 3-5:30pm
If you are not an established patient at Perry County Family Practice, our Tell City Clinic offers flu and COVID vaccines anytime during normal business hours. Walk-ins are welcome!
